Wallet
Every trade on Stashem starts and settles in your Stashem Wallet.
Before you can place a buy order, you add funds to your wallet using a payment card. That wallet balance becomes your available buying power across Stashem and is used to execute token purchases when your orders are matched.
The same card can also be used by Creators to fund their Monthly Investor Payout.
Add funds. Trade instantly.
Once money is added to your Stashem Wallet, you can use it to:
-
Place buy orders for Creator tokens
-
Complete matched trades automatically
-
Invest across multiple Creators
-
Keep available funds ready for future opportunities
-
When a trade executes, the purchase amount is deducted from the buyer’s Stashem Wallet and the tokens move to the buyer automatically.
All Stashem trades are funded through the wallet.
Your money and your earnings stay separate.
Stashem separates funds you add from income you earn:
Wallet Funds
Money you add using your card stays in your Stashem Wallet until you invest it or request it back.
Stashem Earnings
Money you earn on Stashem—including token-sale proceeds, proceeds from transfer-market sales, and Monthly Investor Payouts—is tracked separately and automatically paid out.
This makes it easy to see what you deposited, what you invested, and what you earned.
Refunds
You can request a refund of any eligible unused balance that you originally added to your Stashem Wallet.
The refund is returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to complete.
Refunds apply to deposited wallet funds—not earnings generated through Stashem activity.
Earnings are paid out automatically.
To receive earnings, users must add an eligible Debit Card as their payout method.
During each 30-day billing cycle, Stashem tracks all eligible income generated through the platform, including:
-
Creator token-sale proceeds
-
Proceeds from tokens you sell
-
Monthly Investor Payouts received
-
Other eligible Stashem earnings
On the 28th of each month, eligible earnings from the billing cycle are automatically paid to your debit card.
Monthly Investor Payouts
Creators set a Monthly Investor Payout before selling tokens.
The payout is charged separately to the Creator’s approved card on file—it does not come from their Stashem Wallet balance or token-sale earnings.
That same card can therefore serve two purposes:
-
Fund your Stashem Wallet → Gives you buying power
-
Fund your Monthly Investor Payout → Pays eligible investors each month
Investors who receive Monthly Investor Payouts see those amounts as earnings, which are included in their next automatic payout cycle.
