Is Stashem Legit?
How Stashem Protects Users
Yes. Stashem is an active People Backing Platform built for verified adults.
Creators launch stock-like-tokens and define the monthly Backer Rewards they are willing to make to their backers. Backers buy those tokens. That backing provides the creator with access to capital, while token ownership entitles the holder to participate in the creator's agreed monthly Backer Rewards.
Stashem is not designed around anonymous crypto wallets, unlimited positions or Creators receiving an investor's entire commitment upfront.
The model is built around controlled capital release, recurring Creator-funded Backer Rewards and recorded ownership.
How does Stashem protect participants?
No Backer Rewards. No Creator funding. Staged fund release.
Backer Rewards are decided and funded by the Creator. Investor funds are not released to the Creator unless the corresponding Backer Rewards requirement is satisfied.
Investor capital is released over time.
Backer buys Tokens
Creator gets capital from Backer's token purchase over 12 monthly periods
Creator performs their Backer Rewards obligation
Each installment becomes eligible for release.
Stashem does not release an investor's full commitment to the Creator upfront. Creator funding is staged over 12 monthly periods and tied to the Backer Rewards structure.
Backers aren't locked in indefinitely.
After holding Tokens for at least 30 days, Token Owners can request an eligible withdrawal under Stashem's withdrawal rules.
At that point, only the applicable installment of their commitment has been released to the Creator; the remaining eligible balance has not been transferred to the Creator.
Example:
$1,200 commitment
After month 1:
$100 → applicable Creator installment
$1,100 → remains unreleased, subject to the applicable Stashem terms
Stashem is designed so that a Creator cannot simply receive an investor's entire commitment upfront.
No one investor can dominate a Creator
A Stashem member may hold a maximum of 100 Tokens from any individual Creator.
The limit helps distribute Token ownership across the community and limits concentration by any single member.
A Stashem Token represents a contractual relationship between a Creator and the current Token Owner.
It does not represent ownership of the person.
It does not give the Token Owner equity in the Creator or their business.
It does not represent a share of the Creator's income.
Backer Rewards are separately decided and paid by the Creator.
