But behind the scenes, Paramount+ faced challenges:

  • Upsell journeys that offer personalized promotions for premium content bundles

  • Loyalty triggers that reward binge behaviors, referrals, and app reviews

  • Advertiser portals built on Experience Cloud to support B2B self-service and campaign insights

All content and messaging were localized, responsive, and behavior-based—no two journeys looked the same.
